Modules offered under this heading will address one or more of a range of important topics and issues in the management of organizations. For AY2004/2005, the module covers Services Marketing and Customer Asset Management. Services Marketing focuses on the marketing and managing of services, and complements module BMU5010 Marketing Strategy & Policy. Customer Asset Management focuses on acquiring, serving and retaining customers through managing customer lifetime value, customer segmentation, data mining, and the application of CRM instruments such as loyalty programs.
