Consumer Behaviour In Real Estate

The perceptions, attitudes and behaviour of real estate players are the result of the interaction among real estate, people and the environment. Therefore, it is critical that real estate professionals understand the complexity and dynamics of issues affecting the behaviour of real estate players during the different stages of the real estate development cycle. This multidisciplinary module looks at the different principles, concepts and methodology of behavioural studies in real estate. The first half of the module addresses salient principles and concepts of sensation, attention, learning, memory and attitude. This is followed by methodological perspectives of behavioural studies in real estate. With interactive lectures, on-site learning and workshop, students will have the opportunity to have first hand perspective of real issues affecting behaviour of real estate players.
